Southern Skies Star Party 2005
Moon Phases & Weather for the Area

While we wish the skies were always clear, blue and transparant every day and night it's not always the case. We do have a 75% average for clear skies and if El Nino isn't too active the chances are even better! The average rainfall for the month of June is 4mm. Humidity is generally very, very low... averaging 5-15%.
This year we arrive just a few days before new moon.

One thing to keep in mind when viewing the Bolivia forecasts. La Paz is in a "bowl" and has vastly different weather than Lake Titicaca. 75 miles can make a huge differance! IT can be cloudy in La Paz and clear at the Lake.
